These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites and services provided by LexiVault, including the website at wordvault.top (collectively, the “Services”).
Account registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
Course access and licenses
Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to access the course materials for your own learning. Redistribution, reselling, or public sharing of content is prohibited unless expressly permitted.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the Services for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of others.
- Do not attempt to circumvent security, access non-public areas, or disrupt the Services.
- Respect intellectual property and attribution requirements.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by third-party providers. Refunds for standalone courses are available within 7 days if less than 20% of the course is completed. Cohorts and bundles may have additional terms shown at checkout.
Intellectual property
All course content, trademarks, and branding are owned by LexiVault or its licensors. You may create derivative portfolio pieces from assignments, provided you do not disclose proprietary client data or private feedback.
